Coping with stress: Try a psychologist well-trained in cognitive behavioral therapy on a regular basis to learn better methods. Most people at some time or another feel like they hate life, but it passes. Need to learn problem-solving skills. One thing that helps is to tackle a problem you know you can solve, like doing the dishes, mopping the floor, cleaning out a closet, balancing a checkbook. Distraction helps.
