Define problem!: Depends on what you define as problem. Anything not normal is a problem...but some bigger than others! Extra beats are very common out there. So is afib in short runs. Vtach less common but always more alarming. If LV systolic function normal on echo and you are not having symptoms, then I agree it's not a big issue. If passing out or near passing out, then probably needs addressing.
