NoQuickCure: Heat and massage and rest in a comfortable position. No sitting at the computer or driving a car, if possible. Support the curve of the neck with a rolled towel or small pillow when lying or sleeping. And ibuprofen plus Tylenol (acetaminophen). If that doesn't help in a few days then you might see a doctor for a prescription`or a chiropractor for an adjustment. Finally, think of what may have caused the problem.
