Perhaps: If they baby is eating well then it may not be a problem. On the other hand a fussy constipated infant may be sensitive to the formula being used. You may try a formula made for sensitive infants. You can also try giving 1 oz nursery water twice a day. Do not give more water than that. If these do not help you should see your child's doctor.
