Time to get checked: Congrats on waiting it out. Most back problems do get better in a few weeks to months. Since it's been over a month, now is a good time to schedule a visit with your Family Doctor to see what the cause is. It could be a pulled back muscle, or-- although you think your urine is normal-- there could still be an infection or kidney stone causing your symptoms. Good luck.
