Yes: Return to you doctor for plan to treat. Diverticula can be serious. So get back to the doctor tell him how you feel and get you treatment plan

Pain: Your question tails off. The CT showed diverticula ? Were they infected? Is this a recent scan? Sounds like you need an exam and some labs. Besides gut related it may be something to do with ovaries, especially if it comes and goes.
