What is the cause of sore breasts and itchy nipples of flutters in the abdomen n cramping since i'm on the implanon over a year what is the reason.

Nexplanon: Nexplanon contains only Progesterone. Breast tenderness is not a common side effect of Progesterone only methods. I would investigate other causes. Common causes of breast tenderness include weight changes, dietary changes, cysts, hormonal fluctuations, ill fitting bras and changes in exercise pattens. A breast exam is the next step.
