Check HPT: If you don't normally have a history of late periods or irregular cycles and have had unprotected sex in the last month, it's possible your sore breasts and late period are due to early pregnancy. Take a home pregnancy test to rule this out and if negative you may consider having your doc look at your breasts to rule out a skin or nipple infection as cause of itching. Good luck!

Possible: pregnacy or hormonal fluctuations. See your GYN, get a pregnancy test and have your hormone levels checked.
