what should i not drink while experiencing urinary incontinence due to prostate surgery?

Avoid irritants: While I don"t believe there are any specific recommendations, prudent advice would be to avoid those substances known to be bladder irritants. Irritating liquids include coffee, tea, carbonated beverages, alcohol, citrus & cranberry juices. Spicy foods, tomatoes & tomato products, chocolate, processed meats and fish, soy products, aged cheeses, some condiments and nuts may also be irritants.
