RLQ pain: Kidney infection, stones, ovarian problems, other bowel issues, musculoskeletal pain. What you describe is potentially very severe and needs a thoughtful thorough evaluation soon. Go and see your family doctor. If cannot get in quickly go to an ER. Hope you get better soon.
