Diarrhea: This has gone on too long without a diagnosis or projected treatment. You need to see a doctor, provide a detailed history including diet, travel, contacts, prior medical history and other associated symptoms. An exam of the stool will probably also be necessary since most of these are viral, but they have usually cleared up by now. Go see a GI or ID specialist. Hope you are better soon.
