Please see doc: For a viral gastroenteritis (stomach bug), the diarrhea should only last about a week. The fact that you're having diarrhea longer than this and it doesn't sound to be getting better is concerning. There are inflammatory conditions that can cause diarrhea like this as well as other infectious causes. It's really time to see your doc and consider stool studies and lab workup. Best of luck!
