No: you need to eat three times a day at a minimal to get in your calories If you skip meals you tend to gain weight and you need the fuel to make your body function at its highest level You need the food for vitamins, macronutrients to get your body healthy You can do occasional fasts to help you detox but not doing it all the time

Not OK: Food provides your body with the energy it needs to function and stay healthy. Eating only once per day will not provide your body with adequate nutrition. This will start to effect your overall health. It can cause dizziness, impaired brain function, muscle weakness, and organ damage to name a few. Please seek council from your medical doctor if you are thinking of pursuing such a regimen.

Not recommended: Recent studies indicate that a one-meal strategy is not the best way to lose weight and it may have some negative effects on your health. High blood pressure, high blood sugar and a weaker immune system to name a few.
