Indigestion: It's possible you have a mild intestinal infection or you have excess acid production in your stomach. I would recommend a mild and acid such as Maalox or ranitidine.

Abdominal pain: Two day history of pain and you are unable to drink water. I would recommend getting checked for those symptoms.
