More info needed.: There are multiple reasons a tooth might be sensitive, including a cavity, a loose filling, a fracture, or even gum recession. You'll need to see a local dentist to determine why YOUR tooth is sensitive.

Many causes: Difficult to say without a thorough history and exam, and potentially some temperature testing by your dentist. Get in and have your issue evaluated, x-rays and hopefully treated
