Where are the best places to give insulin without pain?

Multiple sites: Hi. I usually have my patients take their shots in the belly, flank, or upper outer quadrant of the butt cheeks. Some people do thighs and arms (I don't like those sites for other reasons). None of the sites hurt. The modern syringes are fantastic. Push the syringe in hard and fast with pressure; you won't feel the sharp. Control tightly and safely, and may you never have complications! Good luck
