Insulin shot: Hi, if you have been started on Insulin, your doctor has to show you how, it's not possible to demonstrate that on line, you need to be taught by a nurse or MD.

Subcutaneous shot: Insulin is given subcutaneously. It could be given in the abdominal wall, thigh, back and arm. Pinch the skin and insert the needle underneath between the skin ans underlying muscle.
