what supplements are best for someone with swelling and autoimmune diseases?

Dr. Howard Feinberg

Multivitamin: This depends on whether you mean joint swelling, skin, nerve, abdominal swelling it other areas. The specific autoimmune disease can also make a difference. As a general rule stay away from anything advertised to boost your immune system. If it works it will make an autoimmune disease worse. Most of the time multivitamins are safe. Other supplements depend on the individual disease.

May not be any: There may be no such a natural supplement. You need to discuss these issues with your physician and see what medical issues need to be approached
