No evidence.: There is no evidence that any supplements work to treat auto immune disorders. If you have an auto immune disease, please discuss any herbs, supplements or otc medicines you take with your rheumatologist. Some could make you worse!

With the exception .: Other than zinc, a multivitamin, keeping weight good, avoiding stress, getting adequate sleep, and having good overall nutrition. I do recommend added omega-3 for all my patients with autoimmune disease!
