Pingueculum: It's probably a pingueculum, particularly if it is painless. These usually occur in the inner and/or outer white part of the eye. May be yellowish and occasionally can become inflamed. Other possibilities could include a cyst, scar, foreign body, calcium, limbal dermoid, tumor and others. If concerned see an eye md.
