Pinguecula: Could be a conjunctival cyst, that can develop from allergies or a pinguecula, asmall, white-yellowish bump on the conjunctiva near the cornea. It can appear on either side of the cornea, but occurs more often on the nose (nasal) side. The growth may increase in size over time. Go to your eye doctor for a diagnosis.

Pinguecula: These are probably a normal structure termed pinguecula which is a deposit of elastic and connective tissue the eye manufactures to protect itself.
