Bleeding: Bleeding from the GI tract is a serious matter. A lot of times it is nothing more than hemorrhoids or an anal fissure (crack) however it can signify more serious disease. I would recommend you see you PCP for an evaluation. Bleeding is rarely related to a perforation.
