Rest , ice: Not sure exactly which muscles are injured but in general i would use ice and nsaids to alleviate the pain as the pain gradually subsides, i would begin to work on gentle flexibility and strengthening exercises don't be surprised if it takes 6 weeks for the injury to heal.
