Possible, but risks: It is a possibility, but the tubes would still be scarred from the tubal. This increases the risk of ectopic pregnancy, if you are able to get pregnant. You should notify your doc right away to make sure that the pregnancy is normal. If you are 39 and only want one or two children, in vitro may be a good option to consider, and might be more cost effective as well.
