Heart disease: Any heart disease if its caused enough damage to seriously impair the supply of blood at adequate pressure to the body can be 'terminal'. Extensive myocardial infarction with resultant refractory congestive heart failure can be terminal, likewise dilated cardiomyopathy causing similar refractory congestive failure and multiorgan failure. The answer is more complicated than the above tho'
