Probably not heart: Regardless of age heart disease symptoms are basically the same. They include chest pain and shortness of breath that is brought on by activity. Usually this becomes progressively worse over time. Other signs include difficulty breathing while lying down or pain in the legs during exercise. Heart disease in a 26 year old is rare and symptoms are explained by non heart related issues.

Chest pain: In a 25 year old one should cosider congenital heart disease and rarely ischemic heart disease. The symptoms could be bluish finger nails, shortness of breath, palpitations and chest pains.
