Dosing Guidelines: for Naproxen (Aleve) is 250-500 mg twice/day; maximum is 1025-1375 mg/day. GI disturbances, dyspepsia, diarrhea and abdominal pain are the most frequent problems associated with the ingestion of NSAIDs.
