Possibly:: It doesn't matter what time you get up. The key is what time do you go to sleep. The recommended amount of sleep for young adults is 7-9 hours of restful sleep. Less than that may be bad for your health. One study of centenarians found that one common factor among them was they all got 8 hours of good sleep.
