See Osteopath: Most likely a vertebra just got stuck. Can be painful, pinch nerves, cause neck, back, arm pain &/or HA, too.Osteopathic doctors do manipulation, often very gentle, to get the muscles to relax & vertabrae to start moving normally, again.If this treatment helps, but vertebra doesn't 'stay', prolotherapy can strengthen the ligaments to help it stop 'going out'.If trauma caused it, may need x-ray.
