Yes : Lymph nodes are a strong alert, it might be cancer that has spread through lymph nodes or lymphoma or your body fighting an infection,visit doctor as soon as possible he will subscribe antibiotic to to you and check for any other enlarged lymph nodes.

Get exam now: May not just be nodes. If fixed/stuck & painless, then suspicious for mass requiring biopsy. If masses are mobile - if you can roll them around under your skin & are tender, that's relatively reassuring: they're reactive (to infection) and unlikely to be cancer. Get exam now. May be hidradenitis suppurativa or abscess which would require aspiration/drainage, packing, culture & antibiotics.
