Exercise: is healthy and should be/can be part of everyone's life, even someone with a chronic disease, such as diabetes. Anyone with diabetes should speak to their doctor about how to regulate/balance food intake and energy expenditure (exercise) and their insulin requirements, which may go down with increased exercise.
