Prep for colorectal: If you are referring to an office visit with a colon & rectal surgeon, no prep is usually preferred unless the office specifically told you to take an enema prior to the visit. Most Colon & rectal surgeons would rather no prep as they gain alot of information on a patient in the unpreppred state. If you are referring to prepation of your colon prior to colonoscopy, your doc should have specified.
