By closing bladder: Surprising 2B in USA & have an unrepaired bladder exstrophy at age 42 years. Options at your age are either bladder closure + intestinal bladder augmentation & bladder neck reconstruction & epispadias repair.followed by intermittent self catheterization for bladder emptying.
