Not at your age: All penises stop growing at end of puberty. Short size of penis is major problem associated with bladder exstrophy. Some lengthening can sometimes be achieved by surgically releasing dorsal (upward) curvature. Men with exstrophy can be fertile but inevitably require assistance from a urologic fertility expert.
