Yes: 38y female has "lightheadedness, nauseousness & IBS". Many people with IBS report nauseousness & loss of appetite in the morning. Hypermobility Syndrome oft has all 3 symptoms, which are likely dysautonomias. Lightheadedness can also be related to anemia & hormonal disorders, so that a doctor exam/labs are recommended.
