Need doctor to check: Right abdominal pain can be from many things. For lower right, appendicitis is always a concern (pain can worsens over time, with fever coming on). Nausea and vomiting can be from a variety of causes, such as stomach viruses. Liver or gall bladder problems can cause right abdomen pains. Problems with a hernia, kidney, back muscle, or ovary can cause pain too. Doctor can examine.
