Abdominal pain ?: Right sided abdominal pain may be from an ovarian cyst, but when accompanied by nausea and dizzyness may indicate possible appendicitis. See your gyn physician for an exam and he/she will usually obtain a CT scan or ultrasound to make the distinction.
