Various symptoms: Langerhans cell (a primitive immune cell) histiocytosis is a rare group of disorders without known cause. It can present as eosinophilic granuloma (solitary lesion in any bone); a triad of cranial bone lesions, diabetes insipidus damage to brain) and exophthalmos, bulging eyes; Letterer-Siwe disease when it is found in infants, patients with severely disease affecting the whole body.
