No: Cortisone shots or oral Dapsone may help. For localized lesions dilute kenalog (triamcinolone) 3-4 mg is appropriate to flatten lesions.

Treatment: Has your dermatologist used intralesional steroids? Are you on topical steroids, topical taclonex? Are you near a university center ? The dermatologist there may be able to help you.
