Unlikely: Eosinophilic granuloma is a disease of cells of the primitive immune system. It can be confined to a single bone, appear in multiple bones, weakening them or affect also lymph nodes and multiple organs (rare). A bone lesion may cause a fracture with trauma, but not the opposite.
