A doctor has provided 1 answer

How old: is your son and where is the granuloma? Most of the time a granuloma is destroyed by cauterization with silver nitrate or a similar substance. If your son is an infant, this is the technique used. Aldera (imiquimoid) may be the cream regerred to. Granuloma annulare, another type of lesion with similar name is treated with steroid creams or ointments as one method
