Yes, but ...: If you take nardil, (phenelzine) you need to avoid certain foods and certain medications. In some people, it can lower blood pressure. Otherwise, it is pretty safe.
Of course, read the package insert for the "legal answer".

Nardil/ phenelzine: Nardil/ phenelzine is a monoamine oxidase inhibitor antidepressant. There is a significant danger of a hypertensive crisis if one takes Parnate and eats food containing Tyramine.
