Not likely: Ear infections do not predispose one to warts or tumors, although an untreated ear infection could cause an abscess which is tumor-like in its behavior.

Not at all: A middle ear infection is limited to the middle ear space, and has its own pattern of germs as a cause.They do not include the wart virus or anything to do with tumors. Sometimes a mass can develop within a dimple or retraction pocket in the ear drum & can act like a tumor (cholesteotoma) but that has less to do with an infection & more to do with a chance event.
