Not normal: It would help to know your age, however, if you do not suffer from anxiety or panic attacks, you may need a cardiac workup from your doctor or a cardiologist including EKG, tress test and/or Holter monitor and echocardiogram. If you are standing most of the time, you could be suffering from plantar fasciitis. I think a visit to your doctor for both soon would be helpful.
