Need more info: There are a few benign causes of protein in the urine, like positional proteinuria. Most people have some protein in the urine after vigorous exercise or during fever. Hypertension and diabetes need to be excluded. It would be prudent to discuss it with your doctor and you may consult this site. http://kidney.niddk.nih.gov/KUDISEASES/pubs/proteinuria/index.aspx
