Probably not: Nasal steroids are generally not absorbed systemically. Thus, the likelihood of having an effect on blood sugar is very low. There are some exceptions, especially in patients on high doses or in children, but these are rare.

I have blocked nose for 2 months now, at 1st i used decongestions & antihistamines but it didn't help. so i visited an ENT, he said that it is allergy and prescribed Nasonex Corticosteroids nasal spray for 2 weeks, my symptoms decrease but not cured?
