MD and DDS: I suggest you consult with a physician regarding the migraines and stiff neck. Regarding the metallic taste, some medications can cause this. You should also see a dentist as there may be some dental issues as well.

TMJ?: Migraines and neck stiffness are typical symptoms of TMJ problems. A bad bite can play an important role in the development of migraines. Metallic aste is associated with many things, including gum disease. See a dentist that is well trained in managing migraines.
