Losing weight: doesn't quite work like that. Even if your weight were to be lower right after exercise, it is just from sweat loss. In order to track weight loss, weigh yourself at the same time (preferably in the morning) every day. Chart your weight over time, and you will pick up the trend. Don't worry, weight fluctuates day to day. Hope this helps!
