High bp.on med my bp remains normal 120-130/80-90.when i exercise cardio/weights my bp shoots up to 130-145/90-105 for 3-4 hours.should i exercise?

BP: Increase in blood pressure is a normal response to exercise. Your BP readings are not a concern. Continuing regular exercise will be beneficial to you and potentially improve your BP control.
