See an RE doc: Each pregnancy is specific to the individual circumstances and the egg involved. At 42, your fertility is diminished due to the age of your ova. I would suggest another try or two, but if your fertility specialist can't help you to conceive, consider donor eggs for success. In any case, discuss a plan of care with a reproductive endocrinologist for next steps

I was given follicle stimulation (Cetrotide 0.25 and Fostimon 75 once daily) on natural cycle, but my follicle will not grow this cycle. Why?
